He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Bud" and Patricia Tuttle (O'Conner). He is survived by: his brothers, Marvin "Pat", Michael "Mike" Tuttle, Harold, Peter and Herman Rofe; his aunt Gladys; his stepmother Hannelore Tuttle; his siblings, Luke Tuttle, Lucile Tuttle and Mary Brown (Jerry); his sons, Thurston Bailey and Tyler Tuttle; and his grandchildren, Jaylen, Unique, Kiarah, Denelle and Noah. He is also survived by Two great grandchildren, several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews.
