She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Philo and Cora Randall Philo; her husband George Church; her children, Mark Church, Ricky Church, Lori Marshall (Fred), Cindy Williams (Danny) and Amy LaMarre; her granddaughter Melissa Marshall; and her sister Patricia Newkirk.
She is survived by: her children, Georgie Church and Kathleen Case (Jody); her daughter-in-law Kathy Church; her siblings, Ann Eddy, Mark Philo and Genevieve Conrad (Al); and her grandchildren, Noah Evans, Matthew Wood, Brian Church, Jennifer Case, Stephanie Case, Jamie Case (Paige), Kameren Case, Heather Paley (Shawn), Shane Marshall, Holly Williams, Michael Williams, Julie Church, Justin Church, Lisa Church, Steven Cowen and Hunter LaMarre. She is also survived by her 23 great grandchildren, and her 6 great great grandchildren.
