With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David W. Hubbard of Cortland, New York, born in Gouverneur, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hubbard and Joanne Sayer Hubbard; and his siblings, Deborah Day, Duane and Dale Hubbard.
He is survived by: his wife Arleen; his children, Mark Hubbard of Cortland and Angela Watkins (Wayne) of Marietta; his stepchildren, David Bloodgood (Cheryl) of Marathon and Melissa Hafer (Ron) of Harford Mills; and his siblings, Daniel Hubbard of Gouverneur, Dolores Spellicy of Camden and Dwight Hubbard of Gouverneur. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
