He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham McCloy, Sr. and Bernice Satterley McCloy; his wife Joan C. Sayman McCloy; and his siblings, Abraham, Mary Moore and Beverly Powell.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffery A. DeMann (Mary) of Covington, GA, David A.'Skip' McCloy (Katrina) of Cortland, NY, Kimberly J. Slater (Scott) of Groton, NY and Samantha A. Fralick (Barry) of Marathon, NY.; his grandchildren, Rachel L. Malmberg (Tyler), Ryan B. DeMann, Morgan E. Gustafson (Seth), Michael P. McCloy, Barry J. Fralick, Alyssa J. Slater and Elizabeth J. McCloy; and his sisters, Catherine Murdock (John) of Cortland, NY and Della Ericksen (Herman) of Norwich, NY. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
