He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Baker and Catherine Baker (Machan). He is survived by: his wife Kelly Baker (Gilbert); his children, Nicole Mudge (Martin) and David Baker, Jr. (Alicia McIntosh); his grandchildren, Jaden and Skyler Mudge; his siblings, Ronnie Baker, Danny Baker, Carolyn Bentley and Debbie Lormand (Mike); his mother-in-law Anna Gilbert; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Samson (Sandy), Sharon Gilbert, Judy Ingrahm, Susan McCall (Gary) and Kathy Gilbert; his brother Rick Bentley; his father-in-law Calvin Gilbert, Jr.; his brother-in-law Mark Gilbert; and his great-niece Alexia Haynes (Duckie).
Social distancing and masks are required following CDC regulations.
