He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Stark and Clarence Stark; his in-laws, Mildred and Lawrence Johnson; and his brother-in-law Fred Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Johnson Stark; his children, Amy Johnson (Tony Caruso) and Jeffery (Erica); his grandchildren, Ethan, Owen Johnson, Leah and Colin Stark; his sisters, Janet Griffin and Judy Butler; and his brother-in-law Bob Johnson (Deborah).
In honor of Dave's memory and in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Grace and Holy Spirit Church, c/o Feed Our Neighbors, 13 Court St, Cortland, NY, or to Hospicare, 11 Kennedy Parkway, Cortland, NY. These organizations were close to Dave's heart, and any donations made will help continue their important work.
