He is survived by: his wife Melissa Hubbard; his parents, David J. Hubbard Sr. and Cindy Seaman; his children, Ryann Hubbard, Kacie Hubbard, Brittaney Watkins, Jade Dostal and Caitlin Bodary; and his siblings, Eric Hubbard, Ben Hubbard and Eryann Nemecek. He is also survived by two grandchildren, many aunts and uncles.
