Phillips (Cortland, New York), born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on January 21, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel W. Phillips, Sr. and Stella Phillips (Crowe); and his brother William Phillips. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel W. Phillips III and Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Virginia; his grandsons, Noah, Jacob and Justin; and his siblings, June Mallicoat, Susan Weaver and Barry. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
