He was predeceased by: his stepfather Joseph Hulbert; his siblings, Annie Rogers and Michael Oakley; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Fink, Susie Rogers and Julie Burnham.
He is survived by: his mothers, C. Anne and Esther Rogers; his wife Michele Fink Rogers; his children, Brigid Paulk of Cortland, NY, Kari Shettleton (Ricky) of Watertown, NY, Raymond Rogers (Kiera Fahey) and William Rogers; his grandchildren, Blake, Blade, Valerie Hines, Jeremiah Paulk and LuElla Shettleton; his siblings, George Rogers (Jeanne), Barry Rogers, John Burnham and Betty Jane Ishikawa; his siblings-in-law, Alan Fink (Penny), Debra Allington (Joe), Becky Fitzgerald (Jody), Bonnie Stauber (David) and Patricia Brown Oakley; and his close friend Lilly-Anne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
