He was predeceased by: his parents, Newell Willcox (Spiegle) and Helen Gunsaules Willcox; his wife Mary Drummond; and his brother Newell Willcox Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Cynthia Willcox Stubbs; and his children, Shawn Whittaker (Doug), Blake Willcox (Tari), Julie Corey (David) and Linda Davis (Jay). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
