It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles R. Willcox (Cortland, New York), who passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Newell Willcox (Spiegle) and Helen Gunsaules Willcox; his wife Mary Drummond; and his brother Newell Willcox Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Cynthia Willcox Stubbs; and his children, Shawn Whittaker (Doug), Blake Willcox (Tari), Julie Corey (David) and Linda Davis (Jay). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
