Charles Proctor Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Proctor and Mildred Elmore Proctor; and his wife Shirley Proctor. He is survived by: his sons, Malcolm Proctor (Phyllis) of Cortland and Bradley Proctor (Sharmin) of Scott; his former wife Glenda Hilsinger; and his siblings, William Proctor (Emily), Carl Proctor, Philip Proctor (Marlys) and Linda Fattic. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren; step grandchildren and step great grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
