He was predeceased by: his father Ron C. Rowe; his close friend Donna Cole; and his stepfather Don Sauer. He is survived by: his mother Donna Stevely Rowe; his children, Jason Stillman (Holly), Matthew Cole (Charity) and Tanya Delaney (Brendan); his grandchildren, Audrey, Delilah, Christian, Ava, Camdyn and Bryna; and his siblings, Colin Rowe (James Gilmartin), Christopher Rowe (Wanda) and Carlene Potter Jr. (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his beloved pets.
