She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sycuske and Elva Burvee Sycuske; her husband Harland Benedict; and her sisters, Theresa Gay, Nina Grummons, Stella Brown and Madeline Wilson Berthena Heath.

She is survived by: her siblings, Janette Sycuske and Frank Sycuske of McGraw.
