With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecelia P. Dexter of Cortland, New York, who passed away on June 21, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Petrella and Theresa Quattro Petrella; her husband Vernon Dexter; her siblings, Sue Yacavone, Ivan Petrella, Guido Petrella, Louis Petrella, Joseph Salvatore Petrella, Annabelle Yacavone, Adeline Yacavone and Irene Ricotilli; and her great grandchild Makayla.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Phillips (Royal), Sharon Bilodeau (Steven) and Robert Dexter (Chris); and her grandchildren, Kimberly Spiegel (Eamon), Theresa Covell (Wendell), Kurt Phillips (Heidi), Jennifer Parsons, Abbigail Hatfield (Michael) and Joe Dexter. She is also survived by her many great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
