We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Betty Bell (Cortland, New York), born in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Parks and Mildred Pooler Parks; her husband Jack; her siblings, Clarence, Ivan, Floyd (Stub) and Doris Kniskern; and her nephew Craig Parks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheri Congdon (John) and Melinda Sheldon (Craig); her grandson Michael Congdon (Adrienne); her stepgranddaughters, Susie Norton (Harold) and April Congdon (Michelle); her brother Jerry Parks (Beverly); and her close friend Doug Kerr.
Donations in Betty's name would be welcomed at the Cortland County SPCA, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or a charity of your choice.
