We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2020, at the age of 78, Barbara Pauldine of Cortland, New York, born in Sayre, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford Burris and Madeline Burris; her husband Nicholas M. Pauldine; her children, Antoinette "Toni" Diem (Nicholas M. Pauldine), Nicholas Pauldine (Kerry) of Ithaca, NY and Joseph Pauldine (Kelly) of Wellington, FL; her son-in-law Timothy Diem of Syracuse, NY.; and her grandchildren, Riley, Bella, William, Paul and John.

In Barb's memory, donations may be made to the St. Mary's School Music Program at 61 N. Main St., Cortland, NY 13045.

“My deepest sympathy to all of you on Barbara’s passing. Barbara and I have been friends since childhood and have maintained a, albeit distant, relationship for over 70 years. We have always exchanged birthday and Christmas cards with accompanying letters to update each other on family and reminisce. When I did not receive a birthday card this year I attributed it to the isolation of the pandemic, likewise with no Christmas card. I was stuck with a terrible thought today, unfortunately true.”
