It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Burton Weaver of Cortland, New York, born in Potsdam, New York, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bettie Jane Cobane and Carl Weaver; his stepparents, Dolph and Jean; his siblings, Molly and Carl; and his sister-in-law Judy.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Kent; his daughters, Carol Stone (Robert), Terry Cain (Tony), Robin Ojedokun (Waheed) and Rebecca Rice; his siblings, Anita (Angelo), Cindy, Wendy (Seth), Lisa (Brian), Nancy (Andy), Sandra, Sue (Dave), Shirley (Marty) and Doug (Bonnie); and his brother-in-law Rodger. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
