He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Cillis, and Yolanda Cillis, Sr. (Trotta). He is survived by: his son Gary Anthony Cillis; his close friends, Raquel, Lulu of Titusville, FL, Traci Ann Cillis-Horn (Brett) of Poughkeepsie and Anthony C. Cillis, III (Danielle DiCarlo) of Hyde Park; his granddaughter Madison Jane Horn; and his brother Dr. Daniel R. Cillis (Nancy Maffucci).
