He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kenneth and Barbara Gilgar Gallagher; and his brothers, Brian, James and Edward Gallagher.
He is survived by: his siblings, Terrence Gallagher of Chicago, IL, Susan Gallagher of Walden, NY and Noreen Montemarano of Port Jervis, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
