He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Frank and Edith Frank (Schiller); and his brother Larry Frank. He is survived by: his wife Carol D. Frank (Toonkel); his children, Michael B. Frank (Allyson) of Middletown, NY and Stacey D. Jennings (Howard) of Cornwall, NY; his grandchildren, Caden, Madison, Evan and Olivia; his niece Michelle Frank; and his nephew Steven Frank.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sharon Gardens Cemetery (273 Lakeview Ave, Valhalla, NY 10595).
