He was predeceased by: his parents, John Milliken and Louise Milliken (DiBari). He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Carnright (John), Michael (Patty), Keith, David (Sheena) and Mark Milliken (Laura); his nieces and nephews, Amy DeRosa (Anthony), Stephanie Carnright, Leah Cernick (Aaron), Abbey Milliken, Ian (Della), Daniel, Sam Milliken and Anthony Rewolinski; and his great-nieces, Aubree, Katie and Madilynn Rae.
Based on new CDC guidelines adopted by NYS, fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear masks or be socially distanced, but unvaccinated individuals must continue to wear masks and be socially distanced in the funeral home.
