It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Rose Kozachuk (Cornwall, New York), who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lena Cornell and Claire Cornell of Highland Falls, NY; her husband John Kozachuk; her children, Holly Osborn and Jordan Kozachuk; her daughter-in-law Katyana Kozachuk; and her grandchildren, Alex, Adryana and Gabriella.
