She was predeceased by: her parents, Marguerite Guida and Thomas O'Hern, Sr.; and her brother-in-law Eugene J. Minell. She is survived by: her sons, John Connolly and Patrick Connolly; and her siblings, Marguerite Minell, Thomas O'Hern, Jr. (Aileen) and Donald Guida (Judy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
