He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orrin Geroe Babcock and Nellie May Babcock (Baisley); his grandfather Arthur; his brother-in-law Reuben "Sonny" Conklin; his wife Ruth Marie Babcock (O'Dell); his children, Deborah Lee Monroe (Timothy), Laurieann Skinner (Laurence) and Brian Leon Babcock (Yuko); his grandchildren, Adam, Shannon Monroe, Lee Laurence Skinner, Bryce and Brady Babcock; his great grandchildren, Brianna, Brody Monroe and Connor Peltack; and his siblings, Joan Beverly Conklin (Babcock), Ronald Geroe and Elting Traford Babcock.
Due to the public health concerns of the Corona Virus (Covid-19), memorial services for Lee will be held at a later date.
