He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Francis Gallagher and Vera Jane Gallagher (Sutherland); and his siblings, Barry Gallagher and Maureen Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Bernice I. Oliver; his sons, Douglas and Thomas Gallagher; and his siblings, Dennis Gallagher, Colleen Dunay, Kathleen Sztumerski, Michael "Mickey" Gallagher and Terry.
Based on new CDC guidelines adopted by NYS, fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear masks or be socially distanced, but unvaccinated individuals must continue to wear masks and be socially distanced in the funeral home.
