She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward O'Mara and Jenny O'Mara (Seaman); her husband Michael R. Blaine; her sisters, Patricia Soychak and Anna Vandermark; and her children-in-law, Marie Blaine and Lou Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Smith (Blaine) of Walden, NY, Sheila Katen (Karl) of Deposit, NY, Patricia Scherer (Ron Shoemaker) of Cornwall, NY, Michele Seaman (Duane), Edward Blaine (Rose) of Endicott, NY, Joseph Blaine and Michael Blaine (Sharon). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and 29 great grandchildren.
