Elizabeth Oakes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Oakes (Cornwall, New York), who passed away on August 2, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul King and Theresa King (Curry); her husband Thomas Oakes; her granddaughter Alicia; and her siblings, Mose, Louise, Sarah, Joseph, Edward and James.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Swamp (Ron) of Snye, Felicia Sunday (Bob) of Snye, Kenny Oakes of Snye, Sheila Oakes of Snye, Michael Oakes (Cathy) of Snye and Gary Lazore of Seattle Washington; her grandchildren, Robert (Sharon), Brandon (Chantal), Ron Jr. (Chelsea), Cassandra, Joe (Carley), Sue Ann (Colby), Charlotte (Brent), Emerson (Fawn), Edward, Lori and Arow; her great grandchildren, Willow, Chandon, Ashtyn, Ava, Carter, Bennett, Bodhi, Conner and Emily; her grandchildren, Charli and Cydney; her godchildren, EddieMike, Wayne, Ellen, Mary Terrance, Terry LaBrake and Aleesha King; her brothers, Harry King of Snye and Gilbert King of Arizona; and her sisters-in-law, Hilda King, Rita Arbour and Gladys White. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
