He is survived by: his wife Melissa Johnson; his children, Fran Cook (Rick LaPlante) of Cornwall, James Cook (Zoey) of Cornwall, Stephanie Cook of Cornwall, Michelle Cook (Nolan Jacobs) of Akwesasne, Robbi Cook (Jose Columna) of Utica, Kimberly Cook of Akwesasne, Lillie Cook of Akwesasne, Dominique Cook of Akwesasne and Patrick Cook of Akwesasne; his grandchildren, Konwanihara, Anthony, Karter, Jose, Chyna, Kahnekiio, Sofia, Jackson, Sienna, Kaykay, Kayden, Mason, Secora, Kyle, Coral, Shawn and Darren; and his siblings, Elizabeth Peters (Richard) of Akwesasne and Charles Cook (Joan Cook) of Akwesasne. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
