She was predeceased by: her parents, John Keegan and Teresa Keegan (Reilly); her husband John J. O'Keefe; and her siblings, Margaret Ertel, John (Frank) and Lawrence.
She is survived by: her children, Maureen Busweiler (Michael) of New Windsor, NY, Kevin O'Keefe (Mary) of Albertson, NY, Daniel O'Keefe of Woodside, NY, John O'Keefe (Beth) of Washingtonville, NY, Gerald O'Keefe (Maryanne) of Hopewell Junction, NY and Michael O'Keefe (Kathleen) of Watertown, MA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
