He was predeceased by: his mother Esperanza Rosario (Peña); and his brother Benhur Rosario. He is survived by: his father Juan Rosario; his wife Ana Belkys Rosario; and his sons, Matthew and David Rosario.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home Inc. (337 Hudson St, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY 12520). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
