She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Ruggiero and Angelina Ruggiero (Paladino); and her husband Carmine Cognitore. She is survived by: her children, Christine Butler (Kevin) of Cornwall, NY and Michael Cognitore (Diane) of Fleishmanns, NY; her grandchildren, Sarah Badanjak (Mark), Christina Koizim (Brian) and Matthew Butler; and her great grandchildren, Maggie Badanjak, Keira Badanjak, Mila Koizim and Carmine Koizim.
