He was predeceased by: his siblings, Patricia Isaksen and James Mollicone. He is survived by: his husband John Warfel of Venice, FL; his daughters, Alyce Cusano of New City, NY, Lauren Ferrara of Campbell Hall, NY and Heather Mollicone of Cornwall; his son-in-law Stephen Ferrara; his grandchildren, Vincent Cusano, Luca Ferrara, Greyson Ferrara and Harper Hoke; and his siblings, Carol Smolenski, Christine Mollicone and Nicholas Mollicone.
