Schultz, Annette Calabrese and Patricia Smith; his aunts, Maria Barki, Samantha Smith and Tricia Smith; his uncle Christopher Barki; his cousins, Jackson Barki, Jaylee, Mazzury Smith, Daymon, Elly Kopp, Cenedra Halsey and Kahlaya Mcalphin; and his pets, Monty, Ginger, Cats Punky, Ozzy, Ravie, Choppa, Ellie, Mila, Max, Rodents Schma, Algernon, Jellybean and Bearded Dragon Lisa.

“Words cannot even express how much Seth and I will miss Sam. We were blessed to have had Sam in our lives with so many wonderful memories. Those memories we will cherish forever. I remember us grooving and singing to, Jlo's song "Let's get loud" at the top of our lungs in the car. I can't even count how many times we did. that. Hershey Park was another one of our great weekends away. Water parks and overnight stays were always so fun with Sammy. Seth and I will always love Sam forever.”
