She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Fontana and Rose Gabriele Fontana; her husband Sam; her sister Marian; and her brothers-in-law, William Kupper, Louis Scalise and Paul.
She is survived by: her former spouse Saverio; her children, Laura Fanning (Peter) of Cornwall, NY and Anthony J. Scalise of Cornwall, NY; her nephew Dr. Paul J. Scalise (Naoko) of Ortley Beach, NJ; and her friend Betty Carlino. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
