He is survived by: his spouse Joan Alberta Benker; his sons, Mark (Kathy) and Keith (Bobbie); his grandchildren, Kyle Lewis, Brett Lewis, Kelly Lewis, Mark Lewis, Devon Lewis and Emmary Lewis; his sister Carol Morgan; and his niece Marjorie Sherwood (Chris). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
