With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Hughes (Cornwall on Hudson, New York), born in Ridgewood, New Jersey, who passed away on September 6, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Alfred V. Bauer. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Bauer (Michel); her husband Alan W. Hughes; her daughters, Nicole L. Lyons (Anthony) of Wallkill, NY and Laura A. Mejias (Daniel) of Newburgh, NY; her grandchildren, Emilee Jones, Daniel Mejias, Tyler Busby, Bria Mejias, Jordan Busby, Chase Lyons and Austin Lyons; her sister Arlene Petit (Tony); and her niece Victoria Petit.
Based on new CDC guidelines adopted by NYS, fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear masks or be socially distanced, but unvaccinated individuals must continue to wear masks and be socially distanced in the funeral home.
