He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Paul Johnston and Carolyn Ann Johnston (Woll); his wife Patricia A. Johnston; and his brother Thomas Johnston. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Lynn Johnston of Cornwall, NY; his stepson Michael A. LoPresti, Jr. of Middletown, NY; his grandson Finnegan LoPresti; and his siblings, Dennis Johnston, Arthur P. Johnston, Jr., Barbara Johnston and Deborah DeFreese.
