He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blaison and Mary Blaison (Antoine); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Blaison (Banks); his siblings, Charles, James, Frank Blaison, Yvonne Smith and Mary Deyo; and his son-in-law George Youmans.
He is survived by: his children, George R. Blaison, Jr. (Cindi) of Walden, NY and Elizabeth "Betty Ann" Youmans Sebesta (Mike) of Florida; his grandchildren, Marjorie Bratt (Michael), Melissa Koffer (Thomas), April Pearce (Mike) and Christopher Blaison (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Erica (Koffer), Richardson (Aaron), Gavin, Tere', Jacob Pearce, Thomas Koffer of Christopher and Felicity Blaison; his close friend Carmela DeAngelo; his pets, Blacky and Gray; and his friend Nick Dellano.
Based on new CDC guidelines adopted by NYS, fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear masks or be socially distanced, but unvaccinated individuals must continue to wear masks and be socially distanced in the funeral home.
