He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Farella and Rose Farella (Piacentino). He is survived by: his wife Cheryll Farella (Weston); his children, Stefané Cahill Farella, Franklin Gaylord, Gavin Farella, James Farella, Christian Farella, Tammy Nash, Amie Lyons and Rebecca Ralph-Farella; his brother Joseph Farella; and also Rose. He is also survived by Sixteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He made significant donations to ASU, his alma mater.
