Dorothy L. Oberle Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy L. Oberle (Cornwall on Hudson, New York), who passed away on April 12, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Dorothy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Dorothy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Dorothy leaves behind.

She is survived by: her husband Edgar; her daughters, Erika Stoving (Paul Stoving) and Kristin Oberle (Kevin Hensen); and her granddaughter Maggie Stoving.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home Inc. (337 Hudson St, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY 12520). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas of Canterbury Church (340 Hudson St, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY 12520).
