He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joyce Retta and Barry Brown; and his grandson Eric David Langston. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ochsen Brown; his children, Eric Brown (Angela) of Plattekill and Kelly Langston (David) of Plattekill; and his grandchildren, Hailee Grace, Meridith Kate, Zachary Charles, Mia Juliet, Olivia Sierra, Andrea Betty and Claire Sandra.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlie's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to The Cerebral Palsy Association.
