It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Watkins (Cornwall on Hudson, New York), born in Cornwall, New York, who passed away on February 13, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Watkins and Ethel Watkins (Ebneter); and his pets, Gypsy and Brandy. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Halvorsen (Erik) of Cornwall, NY and Brian Watkins (Kim); his nephews, Keith, Nicholas, Matthew Watkins, Jason Halvorsen (Shelby) and Kyle Halvorsen (Kristen); and his friend Colleen Gallegro.
