She was predeceased by: her father Eathel Harris; and her brothers, Melvin "Barney" Pratt and Eugene "Genie" Harris. She is survived by: her mother Leona Harris; her sisters, Susan Case (Richard), Penny Harris (Melissa) and Linda Briggs Smith; her sister-in-law Barbara Pratt; her daughters, Jacqueline "Lewis" Moschner (Nikki) and McKenzy Lewis; her pet Silas; and her nieces and nephews, Erin Case-Noll, Janelle Pratt, Andrea Case, Kellyjo Harris, Ricky Case and Allen Pratt.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Zonya's name may be sent to the National Kidney Foundation.
