He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr. Gogolkiewicz and Mary Gogolkiewicz (Owca); his wife Kay; his sister Gen; his sons, David and Jimmy; and his great grandchild Mason Mazzuca.
He is survived by: his brother Richard (Nancy) of Springfield; his children, Gary Golkiewicz (Cindy) of Rockville, Alan Golkiewicz (Linda Sue) of Erwin, NY and Linda Kay Donovan (Michael) of Painted Post, NY; and his daughter-in-law Charolene Golkiewicz. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
