She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kubinski and Katherine Van De Boggart; and her husband Francis W. Harper. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Hale (Jack) of Corning, NY, Constance Bundens (David) of Woodbury, NJ, Christopher Harper of Corning, NY, Cathleen D'Ambrosio of Troy, NY and Cameron Harper (Mary) of Chesapeake, VA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
