He is survived by: his mother Norma Anderson Wallingford (Anderson); his children, Angela Teeter (Jeffrey), Victoria, Jason, Jerimiah and Kyrstie (Hal); his grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary, Nathan, Samantha (Brett), Jeofferey, Cassondra (Ben), Anthony, Alexandria (Nicholas), Cierra, Haley, Danilo, Kailee, Elaina, Gavin and Addison; and his siblings, Lynn Lawler (Timothy), Danny (Patty), Jack (Lisa), David (Leah) and Paul (Connie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-grandchildren.
