He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul F. Tuttle and Dorothy L. Tuttle (Lewis); his brother Richard L. Tuttle; his son Thomas Paul Tuttle II (Tommy); his parents-in-law, William and Helen Steverson; his siblings-in-law, Sharlene Morrow and Dale Steverson; his friend William Stoeter; and his pets, Sindi, Maltese and Lilly.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his daughter Melinda Hall (Roland); his stepgrandchildren, Danté Hall of Jacksonville, FL and Rachel Hall (Justin); his stepgreat-grandson Riley of Macclenny, FL; his brothers, Philip Tuttle (Judy) of Corning, NY and Leland Tuttle (Joni) of Madison Heights, VA; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Morrow, Karen Santee (Gary), Cheryl Adam (David) and Kim Wickham (Brian); his aunt Anne Simmons; his friend Virginia Stoeter; and his brother Phil. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
