He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Marianne Hickey Jr. (Lane); and his brother Edward L. Hickey III. He is survived by: his wife Jean E. Hickey of Corning; his children, Tammy L Hickey of Corning, Thomas C. Hickey Jr. of Corning and Timothy E. L. Hickey of Corning; his sister Pamela J. Gehl (Robert) of Painted Post; his granddaughter Jenna M. Hickey of Corning; and his friend Rodney Moss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
