Clark (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Justin George, Brooke Johnson, Rebecca Clark, Dylan Clark, Garrett Clark, Lacey Perro (Gavin), Gavin Clark and Sadie Clark. He is also survived by four great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
